On this panel you enter the request codes that will be used when a new request is being created. Each code identifies a particular request (i.e. return goods to customer, return to quality control, etc.). These codes are used for resolving problems or issues that arise with your business partners.
Options
Resolutions | Select this option to link a request to a resolution code. Resolution codes contain the information needed in order to resolve the request identified in this table. |
Translate | Select this option to translate the request code description. The translated description will be printed on external documents. |
Supplier returns | Select this option to define supplier return addresses if there is a need to return the goods to different addresses as per type of return (e.g. batch return, damaged goods, etc). |
Selection fields
- Code
- This column lists the request codes.
- Description
- This column lists the description of the request codes.
- Resolutions
- This column denotes if any resolution codes are connected to the request code.
- Supplier returns
- This column denotes if any supplier return addresses are connected to the request code.
- Reference mandatory
- This column denotes if a reference is mandatory for the request code.
- Your order mandatory
- This column denotes if a your order reference is mandatory for the request code.
- Internal header text
- This column lists the entering sequence, if any was defined, denoting if the header text panel is a part of the entering sequence (i.e. the order that the information should be entered when a new request is created with this request code).
- Request line
- This column lists the entering sequence, if any was defined, denoting if the request line panel is a part of the entering sequence (i.e. the order that the information should be entered when a new request is created with this request code).
- Request line details
- This column lists the entering sequence, if any was defined, denoting if the request line details panel is a part of the entering sequence (i.e. the order that the information should be entered when a new request is created with this request code).
- Select order line
- This column lists the entering sequence, if any was defined, denoting if the select order line panel is a part of the entering sequence (i.e. the order that the information should be entered when a new request is created with this request code).
- Internal line text
- This column lists the entering sequence, if any was defined, denoting if the line text panel is a part of the entering sequence (i.e. the order that the information should be entered when a new request is created with this request code).
- Request handler
- This column is only displayed if DC1 Alert Management is active and lists the ID of the request handler. This is the ID that is to be used as a receiver for the Request handler DC1-role.
- Signature
- This column is only displayed if DC1 Alert Management is active and displays the name of the request handler.
- Goods to be returned
- This column lists the goods return parameter denoting how returned goods are handled using this status code. This value is used as the default on the created request if any value exists.

Work with request codes (HLR02104)
On this panel you define the request code at the detail level.
- Request code
- Mandatory reference
- Indicate if it should be mandatory to enter a reference number when a new request (using this request code) is created.
- Mandatory your order
- Indicate if it should be mandatory to enter a value in the Your order field in the request header when a new request is created using this request code.
Entering sequence
In the fields below this heading, enter a value between 1-3 indicating the order that the information should be entered when a new request is created with this request code. If a field is left blank, that panel will not be accessed during the creation of the request.
Define a sequence for the following fields: (Note: You may only select three fields and you must give each of them a sequence number between 1-3.)

- Request line details
Note: Request line information may be printed in two formats: Request line will bring you to the Work with requests and returns, Lines (line selection) panel and Request line details will bring you to the Work with requests and returns, Line detail panel. You may select only one format. - Select order line
- Line text
Note: Line text cannot be entered before the request line has been created, and therefore this field may not be allocated a sequence number that is lower than that entered into the Request line field.
- Request handler
- Only displayed if DC1 Alert Management is active. A signature can be entered in this field to be used as a receiver for the Request handler DC1-role.
- Goods return
- This field is used to describe how returned goods are handled using this status code. This field is defaulted from the Request code table.

This panel displays all the records that you selected to copy.
