This program will perform the actual deletion of the records from the inventory contact related files based upon the transaction date value entered for closed inventory contracts.

- Enter the inventory contract end date. The transactions to be deleted must have an end date earlier than the entered date and a Closed status. An exception is the transactions for the Deferred Indent Stock (DIS) and Supplier Consignment Stock (SCS) inventory contract types. In addition to the end date and the Closed status, the call off notification must have been created for the line for these inventory contract types.
- Save transactions
- Set this field to YES if you want to save the transactions to an external media (diskette/tape unit).
- Diskette/tape unit
- Enter the diskette/tape unit on which the transactions will be saved.
