Options
Selection fields
- Declaration identity
- Displays the code identifying the selected declaration followed by a description.
- Declaration code
- Displays the selected declaration code followed by a description.
- Seq
- This column lists the key sequences. This is the sequence in which the program must search to point a certain transaction to a certain declaration identity and declaration code. The program will search for a match into the selections with the lowest sequence number first.
- Account parts (1-8)
- These columns list the account (1-8) combinations of the G/L transactions which must be included in this declaration.
Work with declaration selections (BEGD07304)
On this panel you add, change, or display a parameter used for selecting the G/L transactions which must be included for the selected declaration code. The selections could be defined using masks on the different selection fields.
- Declaration identity
- Displays the code identifying the selected declaration followed by a description.
- Declaration code
- Displays the selected declaration code followed by a description.
- Key sequence
- Enter the sequence in which the program must search to point a certain transaction to a certain declaration identity and declaration code. The program will search for a match into the selections with the lowest sequence number first.
