About the Edit columns feature

The Edit column visibility feature allows you to activate or inactivate columns and decide which information should be shown in a table.

Do as follows:

  1. Right-click anywhere in the active table’s sub-file and select Edit columns.
  2. You access the Edit column visibility window. Active/enabled columns are marked with a green check-mark and inactive are marked with a red cross.
  3. Right-click on the applicable column(s) and click Activate/Inactivate to specify which columns you want to display on the panel.
  4. Click OK to return to the active table.

The activated columns are now displayed in the sub-file, and the inactivated have disappeared.
