The purpose of this program is to create a standard, non-stock item from a configuration variant.
Item information is created by copying entries for the configurable item in the Item file. Information from the configuration, such as description, weights, item category and price, is automatically updated for the new item. The bill of material and bill of routing are created using information about the material and operations from the basic data and from the configuration.
Note: This panel is displayed when you create a new standard item from a configuration simulation, or during order/quotation entry or copy if a standard item already exists that matches the entered configuration.
