- Level /
- This is made up of two fields. The first displays the tier level in this structure of the selected customer. The second indicates the number of levels deep of the structure that are being displayed.
In the first area, the range of numbers starts at 0 – this being the highest level (Holding company) – and progresses numerically. This higher the number, the lower down the hierarchy the customer is.
The second area displays the number of levels that have been selected to be viewed. The higher the numeric value displayed here, the more tiers are being viewed. Again, level 0 indicates the highest level (Holding company) with values progressing upwards – the higher the number, so the more levels are displayed.
- Parent comp.
- Displays the parent company of the customer that has been selected, if this customer has such. If the selected customer is a Holding company, this field will be blank.
- Credit warn %
- Displays the percentage level of the customer’s credit, at which an alert message should be created, if this has been activated in the Credit limit service fields on the Work with customer structure, Customer detail panel.
For example, if 75% is displayed an alert message will be sent to a predefined user, informing them once 75% or more of the line of credit has been used by this customer. In addition, this will be reflected in the Structure credit analysis printout. Note: This will not be used in the credit control routine. However, it is useful for the purposes of analysis.
