Select key values (ANLD5521)

This panel is only displayed if you completed the From, To and/or Mask fields with dots during the Key selection process when defining your columns, versions and/or lines.

Note: This information is only applicable if you are working in the DC1 5250 and JWalk environments: At the far right, within brackets, the length and field type is displayed for each key field. A means that the key field is an alphanumeric field (can consist of both characters and digits) X means that the key field is a numeric field (can only consist of digits).

For example:

Note: This information is only applicable if you are working in the DC1 5250 and JWalk environments: For the Item key field, the following is displayed: (35 A) This means that the field is 35 positions long and that it is an alphanumeric field.

Balance type
Displays the selected balance type and its description.
Key no
Displays the statistical key number that you filter values on.
Description
Displays a description of the selected key.

From, To and/or Mask
Only the fields that were completed with dots during the key selection process are displayed. The result is dependent on what you complete.

For example:

Fields displayed Completion Result
From Leave it blank The selection starts at the lowest value.
To Leave it blank The selection starts at the highest value.
From and To Enter a range of values Will receive all permitted values starting with the entered from value, up to and including the entered to value.
From, To and Mask Leave all fields blank The system will select everything.
From, To and Mask If, e.g., From value is 1000 and To value is 3000 and you enter a Mask of 4___ You will not receive any values on the printout.
From, To and Mask If, e.g., From value is 1000 and To value is 3000 and you enter a Mask of 2___ You will receive all values starting with 2.
Mask Leave it blank The system will select everything.
TCP
This field is only displayed if the key is allowed for TCIP/TCP (Table-controlled interval printout) in the Statistic key definitions. Enter any character in the field to enable TCP. Only one key can be selected. Note: Table-controlled interval printout (TCP/TCIP) will override selections on columns and lines.
