This program displays the tracked objects and events. DC1 allows you to track different events that are performed for a sales order, purchase order and/or manufacturing order. This gives you the possibility to see when and how often a particular event occurs in the system. If the appropriate information is configured in the system, then the system will automatically send an alert message to any applicable user each time the event is performed. See Configure the system to send/receive alert messages for more information.
The tracking can be triggered manually from any of the following locations (via the Track option) or automatically when an event occurs for the order type and/or business partner, if you have defined an applicable scope in Work with object event tracking scopes.
- Work with sales orders, header view
- Work with purchase orders, header view
- Work with manufacturing orders (initial panel)
Note: Whether the actual event has been performed or not is indicated in the Occur column. You can select the History option to view the details of when the event took place and who triggered the event.
