This panel displays all existing demand plan control codes. The control codes are used to define if forecast consumption should be controlled for a demand plan at sales order entry.

- This column lists the identities of the existing DP control codes.

Work with DP control codes (INVD02904)
On this panel you define the details of the selected DP control code. If a control code is defined for the demand plan, the system will check that the sales order quantity does not exceed the forecast limit for the demand plan period in question. If the percentage value that is defined in Check exceeding % is exceeded, a warning will be displayed, or the order line will be moved to the next demand plan period.
- Control code
- Displays the identity of the selected DP control code.
- Description
- Displays the description of the selected DP control code.
- Warning at order entry
- Indicates if the demand plan forecast period value should be checked at sales order line entry. If the percentage value that is defined in Check exceeding % is exceeded, a warning will be displayed at sales order entry. For batch orders, the warning message will be displayed in the printout.
Note: This field cannot be YES if Forecast period check is set to YES.
- Forecast period check
- Indicates if the demand plan forecast period value should be checked at sales order line entry. If the percentage value that is defined in Check exceeding % is exceeded, the order line will be moved to the next demand plan period.
Note: This field cannot be YES if Warning at order entry is set to YES.
- Check exceeding %
- Mandatory entry if Warning at order entry or Forecast period check are set to YES. The value defines the percentage with which the demand plan period forecast can be exceeded.
For example, if the demand plan period forecast is 100 and the exceeding limit is 10%, then the total sales order quantity for this period may not exceed 110.
