In this program you can make an enquiry on the values for a month that has been included in the stock evaluation calculation, and some field values can be manually corrected.
On this panel you enter criteria for the enquiry.
- Period
- Enter the accounting period for the enquiry.
- Warehouse
- Enter a warehouse code for the enquiry. The warehouse description is automatically retrieved from Work with warehouses.
- Item
- Enter an item code for the enquiry. The item description and unit is automatically retrieved from the Item file.
Stock evaluation – Manual correction (ITDD5132)
Note:
This panel displays the result of the enquiry. On this panel you are able to manually correct certain values in the stock evaluation.
- Period
- Displays the accounting period entered for the enquiry.
- Warehouse
- Displays the warehouse entered for the enquiry and a description.
- Item
- Displays the item entered for the enquiry and a description.
- Unit
- Displays the item unit.
- Stock on hand
- Displays the item stock on hand.
Average year cost
- Total qty
- Displays the average total item quantity from the beginning of the year to month-end.
- Cost
- Displays the average cost of the total item quantity from the beginning of the year to month-end.
- Total value
- Displays the average total value of the item quantity from the beginning of the year to month-end.
Average cost
- Total qty
- Displays the average total item quantity from the beginning of the item’s life to month-end.
- Cost
- Displays the average item cost from the beginning of the item’s life to month-end.
- Total value
- Displays the average total value of the item from the beginning of the item’s life to month-end.
Average month cost
- Total qty
- Displays the average total item quantity for the month.
- Cost
- Displays the average item cost for the month. This value can be corrected.
- Total value
- Displays the average total value of the item for the month.
- Last cost
- Displays the last month-end cost. This value can be corrected.
- Std cost
- Displays the standard cost. This value can be corrected.
- FIFO cost
- Displays the FIFO cost.
- Curr avg cost
- Displays the current average cost.
