- This column lists the proposal numbers.
- Routine
- This column lists the routine ID’s.

- This column lists the creation dates of the files in MMDD format.
- Status
- This column lists the status values of the file.

On this panel you view the detailed information of the selected control file.
Function keys

- Proposal
- Displays the proposal number.
- Routine ID
- Displays the routine ID that is used for sending and receiving files.
- transaction date
- Displays the creation date of the file in MMDD format.
- From sequence no 1
- Displays the first sequence number 1 in the file.
- From sequence no 2
- Displays the first sequence number 2 in the file.
- To sequence no 1
- Displays the last sequence number 1 in the file.
- To sequence no 2
- Displays the last sequence number 2 in the file.
- Company
- Displays the supplier’s company number. Every company has a 9-digit official company number.
- Division
- Displays the division code that should be transferred with the file as agreed with the bank.
- Debit account
- Displays the account from which the payment is done.
- Password
- Displays the password required by the operator.
- New password
- Displays the new password for the operator.
- Operator no
- Displays the operator number indicating the user who is sending files to the bank.
- No of transactions
- Displays the total number of transactions in the file.
- Status
- Displays the status value of the file.
- Domestic/Foreign
- Displays if the transactions are domestic or foreign.
