On this panel you can register or maintain follow-up actions that should be performed for by a specific handler. When the action has been performed this is reported on the Actual follow-up maintenance panel. Each action will be written in a history file for the project/quotation that can be viewed through the Planned follow-up code enquiry. You can therefore keep track of the planned actions and see when they have been dealt with.
Options
Note: These options are only displayed when in change mode.
- Handler
- The handler for whom the planned follow-up actions will be maintained. All follow-up actions with the selected handler as planned handler are displayed.
- Planned date
- The planned date. This is used for positioning on the planned date of the follow-up action. This field is only displayed when in change mode.
- Date
- The planned and actual dates of the action.
- Number/Handler
- The project or quotation number for which the planned follow-up action is entered, and the actual handler.
- Line
- Code
- The planned and actual follow-up codes. These are defined in the Follow-up codes table.
- Description
- Displays a description of the planned action and on the second line, a description of the actual action. Those descriptions are retrieved as default from the Follow-up code.
- Cl
- Indicates if the line is closed. If this field is set to YES, the line will be closed and the status will be set to 9 (closed).
- Status
- The code indicates the status of this action.
