This panel displays which wage types are transferred to the payroll system. From this panel you can maintain or view transfer data for a wage type.
Options
| Add | Select this option to transfer a wage type to the payroll system. A record is created with default values. Select the Change option to check and change the record. |
Selection fields
- Wage group
- Displays the code and description of the selected wage group.
- Wage type
- Displays the wage type code.
- Transfer
- Indicates if day balances for the wage type will be transferred to the payroll system.
- Payroll wage type
- Displays the wage type used when creating transactions to the payroll system. If no value is entered, then the value in Wage type on this panel will be used.
- Detail balance
- Indicates if transactions to the payroll system will be based on the detailed day balance containing reference. If not, the transactions will be based on the total day balances per wage type.
