This panel displays the changes that have been made to a selected record in the time reporting journal.
- Employee
- Seq
- This sequence number indicates the order in which the changes were made.
Value Description 1 Indicates the original record. 2 Indicates the next change, etc.
- Type
- Indicates if the time reporting is of type In, Out, Start or Stop.
- Date
- Displays the booked date.
- Time
- Displays the booked time.
- Code
- Displays a code from Work with time codes.
- Reference
- If the time reporting is of type Start or Stop, then this field displays a reference to a cost centre, project or a manufacturing order.
- Update
- Indicates if the update of the record is of type Create, Change, or Delete.
- Date
- Indicates the date when the record was created.
- Time
- Indicates the time when the record was created.
- User
- Displays the user who created the record.
