DC1 Analyser allows you to transfer any table text into a spreadsheet program. Note: Before doing so, you must have defined the path to the applicable spreadsheet program. See Configure miscellaneous settings in DC1 Analyser.
Note: The currently supported spreadsheet programs are Lotus 1-2-3 and Microsoft Excel. A conversion program exists which converts the data smoothly and easily into these types of spreadsheet programs.
To transfer the table text into a spreadsheet program do as follows:
- Open the applicable menu item and click Find to retrieve the contents of the table.
- If you want the entire contents of the table to be transferred, do not select any rows in the table. Alternatively, select the applicable data.
- Click the Open spreadsheet icon on the bottom toolbar of the window. The applicable data is transferred to the applicable spreadsheet program.
