Once a basic MSDS record has been created you will be able to add sections and sub-sections to it.
An MSDS record is organised in Sections, Sub-sections, Table fields and Text pages, in the following way:
A section can contain a maximum of 999 sub-sections. A sub-section can contain a maximum of 999 table fields and/or an unlimited number of texts lines (text pages).
- Select the Work with Material Safety Data Sheets menu item.
- On the initial panel, select the applicalbe MSDS and click Sections.
- You access Work with Material Safety Data Sheets, Sections. In this task, select an existing section and add a sub-section to this. Click Sub-sections.
- You access Work with Material Safety Data Sheets, Sub-Sections. Mark the record that you wish to add a field to and click Fields. (Note: You can also click Text to add information to the record).
- You access Work with Material Safety Data Sheets, Table fields listing the table fields that were originally created in the MSDS Set-up. Complete the information for the listed lead text and click Update and return.
