Note: Only applicable if you are running the Dutch application.
In order to process a payment proposal, you first create a collection file. Once you have processed the payment proposal, the payment files are transferred to the bank for automatic payment.
Note: You will not be able to process a proposal containing negative payments.
- Select the Work with A/R payment proposal menu item.
- On the Overview panel, select the proposal you want to maintain and click Collection to bank.
- You access A/R payment proposal, Collection to bank. Complete the following fields:
- Bank code
- Enter the code of the bank to which the payment files should be transferred during the process.
- Req. process date
- Today’s date is defaulted. Enter the date on which the specified bank should process the proposal.
- List
- Indicate if you want to create a report of the processed A/R payment proposal and print a list.
- Workfile
- Indicate if you want to create a workfile of the processed A/R payment proposal and store it on the IFS.
Select one of the following media, or both:
Enter the print information and click OK. This will process the A/R payment proposal and print a control list. Exit the routine.
