Project transactions are created when you report items, services or activities for element lines. These transactions can be transferred from the individual projects to the Project transaction statistics file.
The Project transaction statistics file is used to rebuild the Business Information Warehouse (BIW). Once this file has been reorganised, the deleted periods of the project transaction statistics will not be included when you rebuild the Business Information Warehouse (BIW).

Enquiries and printouts
- Transactions enquiry to view the transactions that have been reported for a selected phase element.
- Project transactions report. Depending on your printing selections, this report may display the transactions that have not been invoiced or delivered or the open element lines for which it is possible to issue material.
