Note:
Additional data related to a created declaration proposal must be specified before sending it off to the tax authorities.
- Select the Maintain proposal menu item.
- You access the CP – Proposal overview panel which displays all proposals that are created. Select the proposal you want to maintain and click Change.
- On the CP – Proposal detail panel, complete the following fields:
- Type of sending
- Mandatory entry. Enter the type of declaration sending that applies for the proposal. The following types exist:
Type Description 0 Ordinary sending (defaulted) 1 Replacement sending 2 Cancellation - Substitution docum
- If Type of sending is 1 (Replacement) or 2 (Cancellation), then enter the reference number of the previous sending.
- Document num
- If Type of sending is 1 (Replacement) or 2 (Cancellation), then enter the document number of the previous sending.
- Declaration form
- Enter in what form you want to send the declaration data. Your choice will apply to all declaration transactions included in the proposal. The following type of forms exist:

Click OK to update.
If the proposal was created for the Spesometro declaration option, then the system controls if errors have occurred for a business partner in the proposal due to, e.g., a missing VAT registration number or tax code in the Business partner file. If a Black list or San Marino business partner included in the proposal is missing in the Business partner exceptions file, then this will also cause an error.
Proposal errors must be corrected before the electronic declaration file can be created. See Correct errors in and update a declaration proposal (Italy) for instructions.
