The panel displays the available functions from the Work with application functions system file that can be activated/deactivated here. You can also change any defaulted character or numeric value in this file.

Selection fields
The selection fields on this panel can be used separately or in combination with each other. If several fields exist on your panel, then the first field is always a positioning field.
The following selection types exist in tables, enquiries and files:
- Positioning
Used to display the sequential list, starting with the character or value that you have entered.
If only one positioning field exists on your panel, then it can be used in two ways. If you enter part of the value/code, the field will function as a positioning field. If you enter a complete value/code, the field will function as a direct access to that record.
Note: 'Work with' programs never give you a direct access. - Exact match
Used to narrow down the number of records in a list. Only records that are equal to the value you have entered will be displayed. - Search
Used to find a specific record in a list. Enter a search argument consisting of one or several characters. All records that hold the search argument that you have entered will be displayed.
Note: This selection type is primarily used for description-related fields (free text fields combining upper and lower case letters).

- This column lists the function codes available for activation/deactivation.
- Description
- This column displays the description of the function.
- App
- This column displays the application code under which the function is run.
- Type
- This column displays the type of function that the function belongs to. Some examples include: *ITEM, *SALES, *PAYMENT and *VAT.
- Active
- This column denotes if the function is activated. If activated, all panels relating to this function will be available for entry.
- Error
- This column is set to YES if the existing function differs from the same function in Work with application functions regarding Application code and Function type. If in error it is only possible to inactivate the function.
- Function control key type
- This column displays the type of function that is to be controlled by this function control.

If you accessed this panel via the Display option, then you will only be able to view the information. To create or update a record, return to the previous panel and select either the Add or Change option (if available).
On this panel you activate/deactivate the function and change any defaulted character or numeric value that was defined in Work with application functions. No other information can be changed.
Note: Only those panels for the functions that are set to active in this file will be displayed for entry during the various DC1 routines.

During the load of the transactions stored in the bank statement file into an open financial batch, the system searches for the debtor number if the transaction is marked as an A/R payment. The search for the debtor is based on the bank account number in the bank statement file and/or the text related to the payment according to the Coda/Finsta settlement policy set up in your system. If the system does not find a debtor number, (e.g., the customer did provide the correct information in the text, or used a bank account number for the payment which is not defined in DC1, etc), a transaction is created in the open batch with a dummy debtor number. The CRETFR function control automatically activates the ISO MDR 2009 (pain.001.001.03). If you need the ISO MDR 2006 (pain.001.001.02), then you also set the Character value (position 1) to Y. All terms of payment conditions/incentives that may be set up for the customer are still applied, but the value date will be used as the basis when calculating the invoice due date. | WAKEUP | Activate this function to make all related panels and fields visible in the system allowing you to set up the wake up call functionality. This functionality pertains to a notification service for customers that require a phone call, before an order on an automatically created outbound shipment is picked and ultimately departs, allowing them to make additions to the order should the need be. When the system is set up with the necessary parameters, and the data queue is activated, the routine runs by itself, checking the shipments that are scheduled to depart per day and the customers holding the Wake up parameter. It creates records in the Wake up interface file, denoting what customers should be contacted and when, which can be viewed via the Wake up call enquiry.
