Lvl
Displays the distribution level of the warehouse. The distribution level is the classification indicating which level in the physical distribution network the warehouse resides, and from where the warehouse receives its items (i.e. other warehouse or external supplier). You can define as many distribution levels as you wish. Independent warehouses are set to level 1, warehouses supplied from an independent warehouse are set to level 2, etc.
Suppl from
Displays a warehouse code indicating the warehouse from which the selected item in this warehouse is supplied. If blank, this item is externally supplied from a supplier to this warehouse. This means that it will appear on a purchase suggestion. If a warehouse code is shown here, the supply to this warehouse is made internally from the defined warehouse. This item/warehouse combination will then appear on the Internal replenishment suggestion.
Cov time
Displays the cover time for the item. This value indicates how many days stock on hand + purchase orders + manufacturing orders will cover the calculated day forecast. This value is only calculated when the item is defined with planning method 6 or 7.

Note: Forecast is equal to the forecast in the first period.

The cover time is calculated according to the following formula:

(A + B) / (C/D) – D where
A = Stock on hand
B = Purchase and manufacturing orders
C = Highest value of forecast or reservations (demand for the item/warehouse) within the item’s planning time + accumulated requirements from demanding warehouses within the item’s planning time. Note: Period 0 is also included (passed time)
D = Planning time for the item (Note: Administration time is excluded.)
Short
Displays a shortage code indicating why a quantity has been suggested for replenishment for an item. The shortage code is set based on the situation on the first supply plan period, provided that the supply quantity is greater than zero. This value is only calculated when the item is defined with planning method 6 or 7. If other planning methods are used (1-5), the shortage code could be set to 5 (negative balance).

The following codes are valid:

Code Description
1 Backorder exists (within planning time): The demand within the item’s planning time is greater than the forecast and backorders exist.
2 Order exists (within planning time): The demand within the item’s planning time is greater than the forecast.
3 Forecast: The forecast is greater than or equal to the demand.
4 Safety stock: The forecast and the demand is zero.
5 Negative balance: If Supply profile is used for the item and the balance somewhere is negative.
Overl
Only shown if DC1 Manufacturing is installed and activated. Indicates if the workload is greater than the capacity in one or more of the item’s work centres. The overload indication is based on the capacity/workload situation in the first supply plan period.
