This panel displays the details of the item control values which are included in the analysis that you selected on the previous panel.
On this panel you can change or enter new item control values for the items (slow movers) included in the analysis before they are updated in the Item/Warehouse file.
Options
Selection fields
- Slow moving stock ID
- Item
- Displays the item(s) included in the analysis.
- Whs
- Displays the warehouse(s) included in the analysis.
- Old forecst
- Displays the manual year forecast currently defined for the item in the Item/Warehouse file.
- E date
- Displays the end date of the old forecast value currently defined for the item in the Item/Warehouse file. The end date indicates until which date the value is assigned to remain in effect. If this field is 999999, then it will remain in effect until you change the date.
- New forecst
- Displays the new manual year forecast defined to override the old one. Note: The value shown in this column is either defined in the Slow moving stock list printout/update routine, or on the Details panel in this Maintenance program.
- E date
- Displays the end date of the new forecast value indicating until which date the override should remain in effect. If this field is 999999, then the override remains in effect until you change the date.
Work with slow moving stock ID, Line details (INVD46104)
On this panel you can change the values and override those that were entered in the Slow moving stock list printout/update routine before you finally update them in the Item/Warehouse file.

- Item
- Displays the selected item included in the analysis.
- Description
- Displays the item description.
- Warehouse
- Displays the item/warehouse included in the analysis.
- Unit
- Displays the item/warehouse stock unit. This is the unit in which the old and new manual/override values on this panel are shown.
- Old manual forecast
- Displays the current year forecast which has been manually defined for this item in the Item/Warehouse file.
- New manual forecast
- If a new override value was entered for the manual forecast in the Slow moving stock list printout/update routine, this value is shown here. You can change the value, or if the field is blank, you can enter a new override value.
- Old override end dat
- Displays the end date currently defined for the old manual year forecast in the Item/Warehouse file.
- New override end dat
- If a new override end date was entered for the manual forecast in the Slow moving stock list printout/update routine, this date is shown here. You can change the date, or if the field is blank, you can enter a new override end date. If you set this field to 999999, the override remains in effect until you change the date.
- Old manual EOQ
- Displays the current economic order quantity which has been manually defined for this item in the Item/Warehouse file.
- New manual EOQ
- If a new override value was entered for the manual economic order quantity in the Slow moving stock list printout/update routine, this value is shown here. You can change the value, or if the field is blank, you can enter a new override value.
- Old override end dat
- Displays the end date currently defined for the old manual economic order quantity in the Item/Warehouse file.
- New override end dat
- If a new override end date was entered for the manual economic order quantity in the Slow moving stock list printout/update routine, this date is shown here. You can change the date, or if the field is blank, you can enter a new override end date. If you set this field to 999999, the override remains in effect until you change the date.
- Old manual ROP
- Displays the current reorder point which has been manually defined for this item in the Item/Warehouse file.
- New manual ROP
- If a new override value was entered for the manual reorder point in the Slow moving stock list printout/update routine, this value is shown here. You can change the value, or if the field is blank, you can enter a new override value.
- Old override end dat
- Displays the end date currently defined for the old manual reorder point in the Item/Warehouse file.
- New override end dat
- If a new override end date was entered for the manual reorder point in the Slow moving stock list printout/update routine, this date is shown here. You can change the date, or if the field is blank, you can enter a new override end date. If you set this field to 999999, the override remains in effect until you change the date.
- Old manual SST
- Displays the current safety stock level which has been manually defined for this item in the Item/Warehouse file.
- New manual SST
- If a new override value was entered for the manual safety stock level in the Slow moving stock list printout/update routine, this value is shown here. You can change the value, or if the field is blank, you can enter a new override value.
- Old override end dat
- Displays the end date currently defined for the old manual safety stock level in the Item/Warehouse file.
- New override end dat
