This panel displays the items, per trend analysis, that were retrieved as a result of meeting the prerequisites and selection criteria from the Print trend analysis/updates routine. Delete any items you do not want to update (i.e. you do not want to use the results from the trend analysis to forecast demand for the item/warehouse combination). Alternatively, change the New trend code field on the Line details panel to NO. The Trend code field on the Item file maintenance, Inventory management panel is updated with the applicable code when you perform an update via the Update option on the Work with trend codes, Header panel.

Selection fields
- Trend code
- Displays the selected trend code analysis ID and its description.
- Item
- This column lists the items included in the trend analysis.
- Whs
- Displays the warehouse in which the related item is activated.
- Inc count
- Displays the increment count which identifies the increase in demand for the related item.
- Dec count
- Displays the decrement count which identifies the decrease in demand for the related item.
- Old trend code
- Indicates if the item/warehouse combination was updated with the trend code value from an earlier update.
- New trend code
- Displays the value from the New trend code field entered on detail level.
- Available quantity
- Displays the quantity of items available in the related warehouse.
- On purchase order
- Displays the quantity on active purchase orders within lead time for the related item.
Work with trend codes, Line details (INVD47104)
This panel displays the line details of the item included in the trend analysis that you are working with. The New trend code field is defaulted with YES for every item which means that you want to use the results from the trend analysis to forecast demand for the item/warehouse combinations. Change the New trend code field value to NO if you do not wish to use this information to forecast demand for the item. The Trend code field on the Item file maintenance, Inventory management panel is updated with the applicable code when you perform the update via the Update option on the Work with trend codes, Header panel.

- Trend code
- Displays the selected trend analysis and its description.
- Item
- Displays the selected item code.
- Description
- Displays the item description.
- Warehouse
- Displays the warehouse in which the item is activated.
- Unit
- Displays the unit of measure for the item.
- Available quantity
- Displays the quantity available in the warehouse.
- On purchase orders
- Displays the quantity on active purchase orders within lead time.
- Increase counter
- Displays the increment count which identifies the increase in demand.
- Decrease counter
- Displays the decrement count which identifies the decrease in demand.
- Old trend code
- Displays the existing code from the Item file maintenance, Inventory management panel for the item/warehouse combination. The code could have been entered manually or previously updated via this routine.
- New trend code
- YES is defaulted which means that you want to use the results from the trend analysis to forecast demand for the item/warehouse combination. Change to NO if you do not wish to use the results from the trend analysis for the item. The Trend code field on the Item file maintenance, Inventory management panel is updated with the code from this field when you perform the update via the Update option on the Work with trend codes, Header panel.
