Work with lead time ID, Header (INVD48001)

This panel displays the IDs of the lead time analysis reports that were printed and updated to an (interim) work file in the Print lead time analysis/updates routine.

This program allows you to change the lead time values in the analyses before updating the lead time in the Item/Supplier file. You are also able to delete any items that you do not want to update by clicking Details. When you have made your changes, click Update to finally update the lead time.

Options

DisplaySelect this option to view a record.

Details Select this option to change lead time values. Via this option you are also able to delete items.
Update Select this option to update the lead time in the Item/Supplier file.

Selection fields

The selection fields on this panel can be used separately or in combination with each other. If several fields exist on your panel, then the first field is always a positioning field.

The following selection types exist in tables, enquiries and files:

  • Positioning
    Used to display the sequential list, starting with the character or value that you have entered.

    If only one positioning field exists on your panel, then it can be used in two ways. If you enter part of the value/code, the field will function as a positioning field. If you enter a complete value/code, the field will function as a direct access to that record.

    Note: 'Work with' programs never give you a direct access.

  • Exact match
    Used to narrow down the number of records in a list. Only records that are equal to the value you have entered will be displayed.

  • Search
    Used to find a specific record in a list. Enter a search argument consisting of one or several characters. All records that hold the search argument that you have entered will be displayed.

    Note: This selection type is primarily used for description-related fields (free text fields combining upper and lower case letters).

ID
This column lists the IDs of the lead time analysis reports that were printed and created in the Print lead time analysis/updates routine.
Description
This column lists the descriptions of the analysis reports.
Remarks
This column lists the remarks that were entered for the analysis reports.

Function keys

ID
Displays the ID of the lead time analysis report that you selected to work with. The field cannot be changed.
Description
Displays a description of the selected lead time analysis report, but can be changed.
Remarks
Displays the remarks entered for the selected lead time analysis report, but can be changed.

Update criteria

In this section, the values/criteria that were used during the analysis of the lead time are displayed.

Lead time dev +/-
Displays the accepted deviation in working days between the calculated real lead times and the actual lead times in the Item/Supplier file.
Interval
Displays the date interval (six periods).
Date 1-6
Displays the dates entered for each period in the interval.
