Function keys

- Supplier
- Displays the code and description of the supplier of the item/warehouse that has been selected.
- Schedule profile
- Displays the code of the profile to which this delivery schedule applies.
- Delivery schedule number
- Displays the delivery schedule number of the record that was selected.
- Schedule number
- Displays the dynamic schedule number of the record that was selected on the last panel.
- Schedule type
- Displays the type of schedule to which this delivery schedule applies.
- Item
- Displays the code and description of the item that was selected from the previous panel.
- Warehouse
- Displays the name of the warehouse that applies to this record.
- Order number
- The purchase order number that is associated with the item/warehouses in this combination is shown in this field.
- Unit
- The units in which the goods are to be received from the supplier for this item/warehouse record is listed in this field.
- Firm horizon
- The firm horizon date for this delivery scheduled item is shown in this field.
- Order horiz.
- Displays the order horizon field for this delivery scheduled item.
- Total qty
- Displays the total quantity ordered stock for all delivery schedule lines for this item/warehouse/order for this delivery schedule.
- Week
- Under this column, the week in which the delivery schedule is applicable is shown. This is done in the YYWW format, where YY denotes the year as two digits, and WW the week within that year.
- Monday
- Under this column, the days of the week which the delivery schedule is applicable to are shown. This is indicated as the total quantity of the item that will be scheduled for this day.
- Tuesday
- Under this column, the days of the week which the delivery schedule is applicable to are shown. This is indicated as the total quantity of the item that will be scheduled for this day.
- Wednesday
- Under this column, the days of the week which the delivery schedule is applicable to are shown. This is indicated as the total quantity of the item that will be scheduled for this day.
- Thursday
- Under this column, the days of the week which the delivery schedule is applicable to are shown. This is indicated as the total quantity of the item that will be scheduled for this day.
- Friday
- Under this column, the days of the week which the delivery schedule is applicable is shown. This is indicated as the total quantity of the item that will be scheduled for this day.
- Saturday
- Under this column, the days of the week which the delivery schedule is applicable to are shown. This is indicated as the total quantity of the item that will be scheduled for this day.
- Sunday
- Under this column, the days of the week which the delivery schedule is applicable to are shown. This is indicated as the total quantity of the item that will be scheduled for this day.
In each of these fields, the quantity that has been calculated by the system for expected receipt of the item from your supplies is shown. These quantities are listed for each day of the week and for each week of the year. This figures may be modified, resulting in the purchase order that is connected to this delivery schedule being updated to reflect these changes.
