About outbound delivery schedules

This panel displays the third level quantities and details of activated item/warehouses for the selected delivery schedule.

Function keys

Dates	Toggle between viewing: the Week column where you can view the year and week the actual day of each week per month and year
MRP-pegging	Only shown if DC1 Manufacturing is installed and activated. Access the MRP pegging enquiry.
Item/whs info	Return to the previous panel (Outbound Delivery schedule enquiry, Item/warehouse).
Change days	Toggle to change the way in which the days of the weeks are listed in their columns: Monday – Friday Wednesday – Sunday, with their corresponding quantities being listed.
Time axis	Access the Time axis enquiry to update the LDA values for the item/warehouse that is being shown.
PO enquiry	Access Purchase order enquiry. The purchase orders that are associated with the items of this delivery schedule will be displayed.

Supplier: Displays the code and description of the supplier of the item/warehouse that has been selected.

Schedule profile: Displays the code of the profile to which this delivery schedule applies.

Delivery schedule number: Displays the delivery schedule number of the record that was selected.

Schedule number: Displays the dynamic schedule number of the record that was selected on the last panel.

Schedule type

Displays the type of schedule to which this delivery schedule applies.

The following schedule types exist:

Item: Displays the code and description of the item that was selected from the previous panel.

Warehouse: Displays the name of the warehouse that applies to this record.

Order number: Displays the purchase order number that is associated with the item/warehouses in this combination.

Unit: Displays the units in which the goods are to be received from the supplier for this item/warehouse record.

Firm horizon: Displays the firm horizon date for this delivery scheduled item.

Order horiz.: Displays the order horizon for this delivery scheduled item.

Total quantity: Displays the total quantity of the item that is to be received, when calculating all the delivery schedules that apply to this item.

Week: This column displays the week in which the delivery schedule is applicable. This is done in the YYWW format, where YY denotes the year as two digits, and WW the week within that year.

Monday: This column displays the days of the week to which the delivery schedule applies. This is indicated as the total quantity of the item that will be scheduled for this day.

Tuesday: This column displays the days of the week to which the delivery schedule applies. This is indicated as the total quantity of the item that will be scheduled for this day.

Wednesday: This column displays the days of the week to which the delivery schedule applies. This is indicated as the total quantity of the item that will be scheduled for this day.

Thursday: This column displays the days of the week to which the delivery schedule applies. This is indicated as the total quantity of the item that will be scheduled for this day.

Friday: This column displays the days of the week to which the delivery schedule applies. This is indicated as the total quantity of the item that will be scheduled for this day.

Saturday: This column displays the days of the week to which the delivery schedule applies. This is indicated as the total quantity of the item that will be scheduled for this day.

Sunday: This column displays the days of the week to which the delivery schedule applies. This is indicated as the total quantity of the item that will be scheduled for this day.
