Depending on which hierarchy is used for the selected demand plan, the code from Work with demand plan hierarchies will differ and so will the panel heading. This code defines the hierarchy keys and summary levels for the demand plan.
On this panel you are able to manually set the share of the total forecast (proportion values) per summary level in the hierarchy for the selected demand plan. This is useful especially on empty demand plans. The Update function key must be used in order to update the forecast with the changed figures.
Options
| Next level | Select this option to view the next level in the demand plan hierarchy. Note that the item/warehouse level can only be reached from the lowest summary level in the hierarchy. |
| Item/warehouse | Only available from the lowest summary level in the demand plan hierarchy. Select this option to reach the item/warehouse level. |
Function keys
| Repeat season profile | Assign the season profile, that has been defined on the first hierarchy key type of the level, onto all subsequent types. |
| Update | This function must be used in order to update the summary level with the changed figures. The Upd column will then be set to YES. |
