This program is used to replace the created scheme(s) for the day, or override the man factor and/or number of machines in order to decrease the capacity when a person (employed in work centre) is not available.

- Work centre
- Indicates the work centre code and description.
- Date
- Indicates the date for which the capacity scheme is to be maintained.
- Day scheme
- Mandatory entry (add mode). A day scheme shows the description of a working day. The day scheme consists of a mandatory part defining working hours, flexi-time intervals, scheme type and wage type. The optional part describes the rules for overtime, additional time intervals, calculation rules, breaks, time rounding rules and overlapping intervals. Enter the record as defined in the work centre Day scheme selection table.
Note: When the program is in change mode, this field is displayed in read-only format.
- Description
- The description of the selected day scheme.
- Man factor
- The number of people multiplied by the capacity to make up the nominal total capacity per day. Enter the man factor used for capacity calculation for the scheme. Note: You can also change the pre-assigned value of the man factor of a scheme. In that case, the information will remain in the capacity file when the capacity is re-created.
Note: In add mode of the program, this field is displayed as output since the value is retrieved from the scheme file.
- No of machines
- The number of machines multiplied by the capacity to make up the nominal total capacity per day. Enter the number of machines used for capacity calculation for the scheme. Note: You can also change the pre-assigned value of the number of machines on the scheme. In that case, the information will remain in the capacity file when the capacity is re-created.
