This panel displays a tool’s allocation to manufacturing order operations, date by date. From this panel you select a date to see the manufacturing operations that have been allocated to the tool or the MRP proposals that have created tool allocations. Note: The calendar that is used to display the active days (only work days) is defined in the Calendar manufact field in the MFG control file.
Options
| Display included m-order | Select this option to view all manufacturing order operations for which this tool has been allocated for the selected date. |
| Planned allocation | Select this option to view all MRP order proposals for which this tool has been allocated for the selected date. |
Function keys
| Include/exclude pln alloc | Toggle between including or excluding planned allocation in the enquiry. |
| Switch date/week | Toggle between displaying capacity and allocations on day or week level. |
| Minutes/Decimals | Toggle between hours and minutes and hours and decimals for the tool allocation times. |
- Tool
- Sim version
- The simulation version. This field is only displayed if the active version is not selected. Planned allocations refer to this version.
- Date / Week
- The capacity and allocations on day or week level. Click the Switch date/week function keys to toggle between viewing day or week.
- Capacity
- The capacity in hours for the date or the week.
- Allocation
- The allocation in hours for the date or the week.
- Pln alloc
- The planned allocation in hours for the date or the week. The planned allocation is created from MRP order proposals.
- Acc diff
- The accumulated value of allocation and planned allocation or only allocation subtracted with the capacity.
- Calib
- Indicates if a planned calibration has been set by a user. This means that the calibration identifier 6 (Defined calibration dates) has been used.
