Manufacturing order reception, Batch date entry (INV003D)

On this panel you can enter additional date information for the batch controlled item. This panel is accessed from the normal manufacturing order reception program if the reception item is defined with batch control and date handling in the Item file.

The code indicates the status of the manufacturing order.

The total previously reported quantity in stock unit, including approved and NCC quantity.

The order number and order line number of the sales order to which the manufacturing order is linked.
Alternative product

This field is only displayed if this panel is called from the Manufacturing order reception, Alternative products panel.
Approved qty
The approved quantity in stock unit.
Batch
The batch number to which the batch controlled items belong. See Batch number for more information.
Manufacturing date
The date indicates when the item was manufactured. Today’s date is defaulted but can be changed.
Incubation date
The date indicates until when the item in this batch must be kept in stock before it can be issued to a manufacturing order or sold to an end customer. Today’s date is defaulted but can be changed.
Last arrival date
The date indicates the latest date that the item can be used internally or arrive at the customer (dispatch time + transport time). Note: The last arrival date can be calculated automatically by the system if records exist in the Batch security days and Use by date fields (Batch security days – Use by date).
Batch security days
The minimum number of days allowed during which an item must be used/arrive at the customer before it expires (i.e. defined in the Use by date) field. This value is retrieved from the Item file but can be changed.
Use by date
The date indicates when the item expires. Note: The date can be calculated automatically by the system if records exist in the Last arrival date and Batch security days fields (Last arrival date + Batch security days).
Hold batch
Indicates if the batch should be held from further processing.
