Select this option to maintain operation texts to be printed on shop floor documents. |
Tools |
Select this option to maintain tools connected to an operation. This option is only allowed to be used if the DC1 Tools and fixtures functionality is activated in Work with companies. |
Conf criteria |
Select this option to define conformity criteria to be connected to the manufacturing operation. Included criteria will be printed on the operation cards as informational text. |
Reset status |
Select this option to back the operation one step. (The order status will not be changed). You will receive a confirmation panel where you confirm the action. Note: This roll back is only allowed when the operation’s line status is 20 (printed) or 40 (started). Also, if the operation line status is at 40, all time fields and quantities (cost control) must be zero. |
Reschedule |
Select this option to reschedule that operation. |
Open oper |
Select this option to open a closed operation. Note: The operation status will be changed from 60 (closed) to 40 (started). |

Backward reschedule |
Reschedule the order backwards to get a new calculated start date. |
Forward reschedule |
Reschedule the order forwards to get a new calculated completion date. |

- The time when the operation is planned to be started. This field is only displayed if the MPL-TIME (Plan operation by date/time) function is activated in the Function control file.

- Planned compl time
- The time when the operation is planned to be completed. This field is only displayed if the MPL-TIME (Plan operation by date/time) function is activated in the Function control file.
- Actual start
- The first date when an operation reporting was done.
- Actual start time
- The actual start time of the operation. This field is only displayed if the MPL-TIME (Plan operation by date/time) function is activated in the Function control file.
- Actual compl
- The date indicates when the operation was reported as completed.
- Actual compl time
- The actual completion time of the operation. This field is only displayed if the MPL-TIME (Plan operation by date/time) function is activated in the Function control file.
- St
- The code indicates the status of the operation.
