Manufacturing order cost control (PRO014A)

The purpose of this program is to order manufacturing order cost control report and/or reorganise the manufacturing order operational file.

When reorganising this selected manufacturing order header information can be stored in the manufacturing order history file. The history file records are created if the manufacturing order type field of Order statistics is set to YES.

Reorganise all order with less compl date
The manufacturing order completion date is used to perform the reorganisation. Manufacturing orders at status 60 (completed) with a completion date that is less than or equal to the selected date will be removed. Mandatory entry if no project number or m-order number has been entered.

Selection

State either individual or a range of values to include in the selection.

  • For individual selections, enter the relevant values in the fields. For parameters controlled by a table or a file, the system will check that the entered values exist.
  • For a range selection, enter the first and last value of the range in the two subsequent fields. Do not complete the last fields. The system checks that the ending value is greater than or equal to the starting value. Leave the fields blank, if all values should be included.

A record is only included if it fulfils all selection criteria. You can use the following parameters for selection:

  • Project number
  • M-order number
  • Warehouse
  • Order type
  • Item
Divergent +/- %
The divergent percentage is used to control manufacturing orders, indicating if it should be printed or not.
Print cost control
Indicates if the cost control report should be generated.
Create statistics
Indicates if manufacturing order statistics should be created. If YES, then the order status will be changed from 60 (completed and closed) to 99 (closed). Note: When a manufacturing order is closed with status 99 it is not possible to re-open the order. The order remains in the operational files and is available for enquiries and can be used in the “copy from order” routine.
