In this program is to work with shortage analysis proposals for manufacturing orders.
On this panel selected items for the current proposal are displayed in sequence by shortage code.
Options
| Order release | Select this option to release an order. Use this option if you do not want to the display the Manufacturing order creation panel for a new order. When a preliminary order is released, the connected sales order line is also released and updated with a new dispatch date is changed. |
| Order maint | Select this option to maintain the manufacturing or purchase order. |
| Detail | Select this option to maintain/view detailed information. |
| Time axis | Select this option to view the time axis. |
| Mtrl/cap clearance | Select this option to view the material and capacity clearance. |
| Periodical stat | Select this option to view periodical statistics. |
| Release (prompt) | Select this option to release an order. Use this option if you want to the display the Manufacturing order creation panel in order to change some information before a new order is created. |
| Crt pur order | Select this option to create a purchase order directly for an item that is normally produced internally. |

| Batch clearance | Access the batch clearance selection panel. |
| Manufacturing order | Maintain manufacturing orders. |

- Production hours
- The result of production hours calculations for selected items.
- Item
- Unit
- The stock or structure unit of the item. See Structure unit handling for more information.
- Order quantity
- The proposed order quantity. This is set to EOQ, Economic Order Quantity, when the proposal is created. You can change the quantity on the detail panel.
- Short quantity
- The shortage quantity (total shortage within lead time considering the order period).
- Short date
- The shortage date. This date will be used as completion date of the manufacturing order when released. You can change the date on the detail panel.

- The shortage code.
- S-order
- The number of the connected sales order number.
- M-order
- The manufacturing order number for a preliminary or released order.
- P-order
- The purchase order number for a released order.
