Follow-up actions are used for the planning and reporting of project-related activities that should not be invoiced. On this panel you can select a project or a handler for which you want to report follow-up actions that have been performed. Each action will be written in a history file for the project/quotation that can be viewed through the Planned follow-up code enquiry. You can therefore keep track of the planned actions and see when they have been dealt with.

- Handler
- The handler for whom actual follow-up actions are to be maintained.
- Planned date
- The planned date is used for positioning on the planned date when the maintenance of actual follow-up actions per user is started.
