On this panel you can report performed follow-up actions for a specific project order. Each action will be written in a history file for the project/quotation that can be viewed through the Planned follow-up code enquiry. You can therefore keep track of the planned actions and see when they have been dealt with.

- The code indicates the status of the project/quotation.
- Line
- Code
- The planned and actual follow-up codes. These are defined in the Follow-up codes table.
- Description
- The description of the planned and actual actions. These descriptions are retrieved as default from the codes.
- Date
- The planned and actual dates of the action.
- Handler
- The planned and actual responsible handler for the action.
- Close
- Indicates if the line is closed. If this field is set to YES, the line will be closed and the status will be set to 9 (closed).
- Status
- The code indicates the status of the action.
