This panel displays the project/quotation budget history. Each change of the figures in a project budget is written in a log file. On this panel you can trace the changes per date/time and/or cost code. For each line, the budget values before and after the change are displayed.
The following types of changes may have been made to the initial budget:
- Changes to the initial budget
The budget amount may have been increased or decreased. - Internal transfers
Amounts may have been transferred between the cost codes that are connected to the project. - Forecast
The forecast may have been changed for a cost code. - Completion percentage
The estimated completion percentage of the project may have been changed.

Selection fields
- Date
- The date indicates when the budget change was made.
- Time
- This column indicates the time that the budget change was made, the user who made the change and the reason for the change.
- CC1 CC2
- The cost codes for which the budget values have been changed.
- Chg orders
- The positive or negative amount indicates how much the budget has been increased or decreased.
- Intrn trf
- The amount indicates how much has been transferred internally between cost codes. A positive amount is entered for the cost code to which the amount is to be transferred, and a negative amount for the present cost code.
- Forecast
- The new forecast of the cost code.
- Cmp%
- The estimated completion percentage of the project.
