Work with batch rules (RFHD02001)

Related topics

Batch rules are used in the creation of R/F batches. The batch rule defines how R/F batches should be created and the type of instructions that can be included in the batch. Batch rules can be created for shipments, movements and stock takes. For each instruction type (Pick, Put away from bulk, Replenishment and Stock take), several batch rules can be created with different selection criteria specified. For example, you might want a batch rule defined for a specific location, resource group, sales order type etc.

In the batch rule, you can also define limits for the size of the created R/F batch regarding volume, weight and number of included instructions.
