Service order enquiry, Service order external/internal total (SOR17201)

This panel displays the service order external or internal total values split by service item group.

Shift info	Toggle between the following sets of information: Order currency, System currency and Reporting currency.
External/Internal total	Toggle between the external and internal total.

Actual: Displays the summarised actual value of the service order lines. Also includes not closed time transactions.

Charge: Displays the charge value or the value to be charged for the service order. The value is updated either from the Rec/Fixed field or the Actual field depending on which of these values are to be or has been charged. If the Invoice recommended field is set to YES, the Rec/Fixed field will be the charge value. If set to NO, the Actual field will be the charge value.

Service order enquiry, Service order external/internal profit (SOR17204)

This panel displays the service order external or internal profit by service item group.

Shift info	Toggle between the following sets of information: Order currency, System currency and Reporting currency.
Fold	Display the Profit %.
External/Internal profit	Toggle between the external and internal profit.

Charge: Displays the charge value or the value to be charged for the service order. The value is calculated either from the Recommended quantity or Actual quantity depending on which of these values are to be or has been charged. If the Invoice recommended field is set to YES, the Recommended value will be the charge value. If it is set to NO, the Actual value will be the charge value. Note: Actual value does not include closed time transactions.
