Work with time transactions (SOR42001)

Related topics

If you accessed this program via the Work with time transactions menu item, time transactions per engineer are displayed on this panel. The panel will then have the Time transactions subheading.

If the program was called from the Work with service orders, Service order jobs panel, time transactions per order job are displayed.

This panel displays the time transactions that have been entered into the system. The time transactions will be copied over to the service order at the time of service order job close. If start/stop transactions are used the system will automatically calculate the different time rates depending on the time rule matrix.

Note: You are not allowed to change or delete time transactions when time registration is completed (Finished is set to YES).

If the service order job is closed, the panel is only displayed in enquiry mode.
