This panel displays all service jobs that have status 40 or 45, and have no closed lines with same status. Via this panel you can choose a service order job for which you want to return not used service parts (earlier taken from the warehouse).
If the LSTSL-SO (Lost sales tracking) function is activated in the Function control file, you are able to store lost sales statistics. Although returned parts are not in fact a lost sale, lost sales statistics can be used for other purposes, e.g., keeping track of how well service jobs are planned, or that the need for one specific part is constantly miscalculated. User-defined reason codes can be defined in the Lost sale reasons table to suit your company’s requirements.

Service order part return, Return items (SOR50107)
On this panel you can return not used service parts (earlier taken from the warehouse). Returned quantity is updated to the Service order line file.
To update warehouse quantities, the return list must be printed using the print pick list routine. Quantities are updated to the warehouse via Confirm service order pick list.
Note: If Return list direct is set to YES in the Sales order type table, the return list is printed after the service order line is closed or after the service order is maintained.
Note: It is not possible to return goods to a line that already exists on the return list.
