Function keys

Assign card Assign a card number to the employee.
Employee number
Enter the employee number.
Employee surname
Enter the surname of the employee you are working with.
First name
Enter the first name of the employee you are working with.
Wage group
Enter a code from Work with wage groups indicating to which wage group this employee should belong.
Attest group
Enter a code from Work with attest groups indicating to which attest group this employee should belong.
Scheme group
Enter a code from Work with scheme groups indicating to which scheme group this employee should belong.
Balance selection
Enter a code from Work with balance selections. This code refers to selection rules used when making balance enquiries.
Cost centre
Enter a code from Work with cost centres indicating to which cost centre this employee should belong.
Absence code ctrl
Enter the absence time code control method for this employee. This method will have an impact on how the employee can or must indicate absence (by using time codes) when clocking IN or OUT inside the expected presence period. This field is optional, but if a value is entered it will override the company level default value.

Presence code ctrl
Enter the presence time code control method for this employee. This method will have an impact on how the employee can or must indicate presence (by using time codes) when clocking IN or OUT outside the expected presence period. This field is optional, but if a value is entered it will override the company level default value.

Report manufacturing
Indicate if the employee is allowed to do manufacturing reporting.
Calc manuf balance
Define how the wage type should be determined for day balances with manufacturing time. If NO, the wage type will be determined by the day scheme. If YES, the wage type will be retrieved from the operation or work centre. This allows you to have different wage types for different types of work.
Allow crt cons order
Indicate if the employee is allowed to create consolidated orders.
Allow crt work group
Indicate if the employee is allowed to create work groups.
Allow chg work cent
Indicate if the employee is allowed to change work centre when starting a manufacturing operation.
Allow oper. complete
Indicate if the employee is allowed to report an operation as completed when stopping an operation.
Allow exception rep
Indicate if the employee uses exception reporting.
Otime inside wrk hrs
Indicate if it is allowed to request overtime when the employee is clocking out before end of working hours. This is the case when actual presence has the exceeded expected presence, e.g. by using flexitime. Note: If this field is left blank, then the corresponding field in Work with wage groups will be valid.
Work centre
Enter a code from Work with work centres – TME. The work centre code is used as a default value when creating consolidated orders.
Resource type
Mandatory entry if Report manufacturing is set to YES. If DC1 Time is used for manufacturing reporting of machines, then time machines are described as “employees” of type 1 (Machine). For ordinary employees the code is 0 (Human resource).
Status
Enter a status code. The following values apply:

Code Description
1 Active
9 Inactive
Archived to date
Only for informational purposes. Indicates that Time reporting journals and day balances up to this date have been moved to archive files.
Card id number
Displays the identification number of the card used for time reporting.
Valid until date
Displays the valid “to date” for the card.
