In this program you start time calculation up to a specified date. You can restrict the calculation by entering a range of attest groups and employees.
The time calculation processes the time reporting journal (calendar day in status 0 = Not processed). It verifies the attest status of each calendar day before calculating. If calculation is allowed, it creates day balances according to the clocking transactions found in the TR journal and the rules specified in the day scheme etc.
- Attest group
- Enter an interval of attest groups. If there is no restriction on attest group, leave the fields blank.
- Employee
- Enter an interval of employee numbers. If there is no restriction on employees, leave the fields blank.
- Date to
- Displays the last date to be calculated. The time calculation always starts from the first date not calculated and proceeds up to the specified date.
