Function keys
- Day scheme
- Displays the day scheme.
- Scheme type
- Displays the scheme type for this day scheme. Valid types are:
Type Description 1 A normal scheme with fixed hours. 2 A scheme with floating working hours.
- Exp. presence
- Displays the expected presence for this day scheme. The time for lunch break is not included.
- Scheme
- Displays the total time covered by the day scheme.
- From
- Displays the start time of the day scheme. If the scheme starts the day before the day described by the scheme, a minus sign (-) is shown before the time.
- To
- Displays the end time of the day scheme. If the scheme ends the day after the day described by the scheme, a plus sign (+) is shown before the time.
- Wage type
- Displays the wage type for presence outside working hours.
- Work hours
- Displays the expected work hours in the day scheme.
- From
- Displays the start time for work hours. If expected work starts the day before the day described by the scheme, a minus sign (-) is shown before the time.
- To
- Displays the end time for expected work. If expected work ends the day after the day described by the scheme, a plus sign (+) is shown before the time.
- Wage type
- Displays the wage type for presence inside working hours.
- Flexitime/Start
- Displays the flexitime interval at the start of the day.
- From
- Displays the start time for flexitime interval at the start of the day. If the interval starts the day before the day described by the scheme, a minus sign (-) is shown before the time.
- To
- Displays the end time for flexitime interval at the start of the day. If the interval ends the day before the day described by the scheme, a minus sign (-) is shown before the time.
- Wage type
- Displays the wage type for flexitime.
- Time rounding flexi
- Enter a rounding value used to round the flexitime clocking transactions. If a value is supplied it will override the day scheme default rounding value. Time rounding describes a division of the hour into clocking periods. When calculating time the actual clocked time is adjusted to a period limit according to the rounding described by the Rounding rule flexi field. The decimal part of the field is the length of the period in minutes. If no value is entered, then the clocked time (in seconds) will be used in the time calculation.
- Rounding rule flexi
- Displays the time rounding rule for flexitime clocking transactions. If a value is supplied it will override the day scheme default rounding rule.
- Flexitime/End
- Displays the flexitime interval at the end of the day.
- From
- Displays the start time for flexitime interval at the end of the day. If the interval starts the day after the day described by the scheme a plus sign (+) is shown before the time.
- To
- Displays the end time for flexitime interval at the end of the day. If the interval ends the day after the day described by the scheme a plus sign is shown before the time.
- Flexitime/Lunch
- Displays the flexitime interval for lunch.
- From
- Displays the start time for the flexitime interval. If the interval starts the day before the day described by the scheme a minus sign (-) is shown before the time. If the interval starts the day after the day described by the scheme a plus sign (+) is shown before the time.
- To
- Displays the end time for the flexitime interval. If the interval ends the day before the day described by the scheme a minus sign (-) is shown before the time. If the interval ends the day after the day described by the scheme a plus sign (+) is shown before the time.
- Lunch
- Displays the standard lunch time. If not clocking for lunch, the lunch break will be set equal to the standard lunch time. If clocking for lunch and flexitime is defined, then the difference between standard time and clocked time for lunch is counted as flexitime.
- From
- Displays the start time for the lunch zone. If the interval starts the day before the day described by the scheme, a minus sign (-) is shown before the time. If the interval starts the day after the day described by the scheme, a plus sign (+) is shown before the time.
- To
- Displays the end time for the lunch zone. If the interval ends the day before the day described by the scheme a minus sign (-) is shown before the time. If the interval ends the day after the day described by the scheme a plus sign (+) is shown before the time.
- Minimum time
- Displays the minimum time for lunch break in hours with two decimals. If clocked time for lunch break is less than the minimum time the lunch break will be set equal to the minimum time.
- Maximum
- Displays the maximum time for lunch break in hours with two decimals. If clocked time for lunch break is greater than the maximum time the lunch break will be set equal to the maximum time.
- Wage type/Maximum lunch
- Displays the wage type, from Work with wage types, for time exceeding the maximum lunch time limit.
- Break 1/2
- Two additional intervals for break.
- From
- Displays the start time for the break. If the interval starts the day before the day described by the scheme, a minus sign (-) is shown before the time. If the interval starts the day after the day described by the scheme, a plus sign (+) is shown before the time.
- To
- Displays the end time for the break. If the interval ends the day before the day described by the scheme, a minus sign (-) is shown before the time. If the interval ends the day after the day described by the scheme, a plus sign (+) is shown before the time.
- Reduce presence
- Indicates if break time is to reduce presence time. This code does not influence calculation of manufacturing time. If the break is inside the start and stop times, the break time is always reducing the manufacturing time.
- Time rounding
- Indicates a time rounding value, which describes a division of the hour into clocking periods. When calculating time the actual clocked time is adjusted to a period limit according to the rounding described by Rule. The decimal part of the field is the length of the period in minutes. If no value is entered the clocked time (in seconds) will be used in time calculation.
- Rule
- Displays the time rounding rule.
- Accepted deviation
- Displays the accepted deviation in minutes. This field defines a zone for clocking in or out at the start or end of the working day. If clocking in or out inside the zone the clocked time will be set equal to start time or end time of the working hours.
- Full time required
- Indicates how time is calculated when clocking in or out for overtime. If the value is NO all time outside expected presence with code for overtime will be counted as overtime. If the value is YES the total worked hours must exceed expected presence hours and only the part exceeding expected presence is counted as overtime.
- Round to hours
- Hours with two decimals used for rounding overtime. If, for instance, the value is 0.25 overtime will be rounded downwards to a multiple of 15 minutes.
- Wage type rem. time
- Displays a wage type for the remaining time when overtime is rounded. If no wage type is entered the remaining time will be lost.
- Text
- Displays the additional description of the day scheme, if this has been entered.
