On this panel you work with calendar exceptions. Exceptions can be specified for an employee, a scheme group (valid for employees belonging to the group) or as a general exception (valid for all employees). If there is an exception specified for a date, then the day scheme of the exception will override the day scheme of the standard week or rolling scheme when calendars are created.
When checking if there are exceptions for a date, the exceptions are searched in the following order:
- Employee
- Scheme group
- General exception
The first found exception will be used.
Options
| Generate calendar | Select this option to re-create the calendar for the selected date for all employees for which the exception is valid. |
Function keys
| Shift info | Toggle between viewing all exceptions and only general exceptions. |
Selection fields
- Date
- Displays the date for which the exception is valid.
- Scheme group
- Displays the scheme group if the exception is specified for a scheme group.
- Employee number
- Displays the employee number if the exception is specified for an employee.
- Name
- Displays the employee name or scheme group description.
- Day scheme
- Displays a day scheme code. Note: This field is highlighted if the displayed day scheme is not valid for the scheme group to which the employee belongs.
- Description
- Displays the description of the day scheme.
