On this panel you maintain a record in the time reporting journal.
- Employee
- The system will display which type of clocking in that has been performed; start or stop.
- Date
- Enter the new date if the date should be changed. The panel will display in which way the clocking in has been performed; manually, received or system generated.
- Time
- Enter the new time if the time should be changed.
- Stop status
- Only shown for records of type Stop. Enter a new value for the stop status.
- Time code
- Not shown for the stop or start of a record. Enter a time code from Work with time codes.
Reference fields
The following fields are shown if references to project activity, project, cost centre, manufacturing order, consolidated order and group order have been entered while entering a record in the time reporting journal:
- Project activity
- Project
- Cost centre
- Manufacturing order
- Consolidated order
- Work group
- Created
- Indicates the date, time and user when the record was created.
- Changed
- Indicates the date, time and user when the record was last changed.
