Day balance maintenance (TME107B)

On this panel you maintain day balances. The panel can be accessed in two modes: Add and Change.

Employee
Date
Enter the calculation date of the day balance.
Wage type
Enter a code, from Work with wage types, that is valid for the wage group to which the employee belongs.
Day balance type
Enter the day balance type.

The following codes apply:

Hours
Enter the duration in hours with two decimals.
Reference
Only shown if the day balance type is 0 (Detail) and you are in Change mode. Indicates the reference to a manufacturing order, project, etc.

In Add mode

The following fields are only shown in Add mode:

Activity/Version/Phase/Line
Note: Only shown if DC1 Project is installed and activated in the company in which you are working. Enter the valid codes for activity, version, phase and line if the day balance refers to a manufacturing project. Entered codes must be the key of a project activity line.
Project
Note: Not shown if DC1 Project is installed and activated in the company in which you are working. Enter a code from Work with projects. The selected project must be active, i.e., the booked date must be within the defined start and end date of the project.
Cost centre
Enter the cost centre code if the day balance refers to a cost centre.
Manufact. order/oper
Enter the order and operation number if the day balance refers to a manufacturing order. Entered values must be a valid operation.
Consolidated order
Enter the consolidated order number if the day balance refers to a consolidated order. Entered value must be a valid order, i.e., it must have been started.
Quantity approved
Enter the approved quantity with correct number of decimals. Note: Quantities can only be entered if Transfer quantities on the Wage type transfer details maintenance panel has been specified for the wage type.
Rejected
Enter the rejected quantity with correct number of decimals. Note: Quantities may be entered if Transfer quantities on the Wage type transfer details maintenance panel has been specified for the wage type.
