Options
| Absence | Select this option to report absence for a whole day. |
Function keys
| Shift info | Toggle between viewing all, only present or only absent employees. The active view mode is indicated in the header. |
| Day scheme | View the day scheme for all employees for the current day. |
Selection fields
- Cost centre
- Displays the cost centre code.
- Employee
- Date
- Displays the date for the latest clocking in or out.
- Time
- Displays the time for the latest clocking in or out.
- I/O
- Displays the type for latest IN or OUT.
- Time code
- Displays the time code and a description for latest clocking in.
Last column to the right of the panel:
Indicates if the employee is present or absent.
