- Employee number
- Displays the employee number.
- Cost centre
- Displays the cost centre for the employee.
- Wage group
- Displays the wage group for the employee.
- Wage type
- Displays the wage type transferred to the payroll system.
- Transaction date
- Displays the date of the day balance from which the transaction is created.
- Hours
- If the day balances are summed up when sent to the payroll this field displays the total hours of the summed balances. If day balances are not summed up the field contains the value of the day balance record.
- Hours per day
- When summing up balances there is an option only to sum up balances with equal number of hours. If this option is used the value of the equal hours is shown in this field.
- No. of days/Pieces
- When summing up balances there is an option to count the number of balances that are summed up to one total. If this option is used the number of balance records is shown in this field.
- Reported cost centre
- Displays the cost centre for which time has been reported. No value is shown if total day balances are transferred for the wage type.
- Project code
- Displays the project for which time has been reported. No value is shown if total day balances are transferred for the wage type or if DC1 Project is installed and activated.
- Project/Activity
- Displays the project for which time has been reported. No value is shown if total day balances are transferred for the wage type or if DC1 Project is not installed.
- Manufacturing order
- Displays the manufacturing operation for which time has been reported. No value is shown if total day balances are transferred for the wage type.
