In this program you compare the received quantity to the ordered quantity. Click Accept suggested to confirm that the received quantity is equal to the suggested quantity or click Confirm to automatically receive the confirmed lines. Once you have accepted all suggested quantities, you can still change the received quantity on this panel.
The number of pallet lines are created based on the quantity defined in the pallet setup on the Warehouse management panel in the Item file and the pallet type is defaulted for each line. You can add a new or change the pallet configuration.
Note: Click Exit to regret and leave the program without action.
Options

Selection fields
- Order number
- Displays the purchase order number with which you are working.
- Supplier
- Displays the supplier on the purchase order header.
- Line
- This column lists the purchase order line numbers.
- E
- Indicates if the order line is in error and cannot be received.
- Item
- This column lists the items and their descriptions on the order line. Toggle Shift info to only view the description
- Order qty
- Displays the purchase order quantity.
- Unit
- Displays the stock unit on the order.
- Rec qty
- Enter the received quantity. For a pallet type line, this is the quantity on the pallet. For an order line, this is the quantity outside the pallet. To confirm the line with zero quantity, you have to enter the figure “0”. If you leave the field blank, then the line reception is considered not confirmed.
Click Accept suggested to confirm that the received quantity is equal to the suggested quantity. You can change the received quantity on this panel.
- Sugg rec qty
- Displays the suggested quantity received. This value is automatically calculated when the order is selected for reception. For a pallet type line, this is the quantity on the pallet. For an order line, this is the quantity outside the pallet.
- Total rec qty
- Displays the total received quantity (stock unit).
- Pallet type
- Displays the default pallet type, if defined.
- Batch
- Displays the batch number.
- Description
- Displays the item description.
Work with purchase order reception, Order line details (WMR53104)
In Maintenance mode, you can only change the order line details of the received quantity. If you accessed this panel via Add pallet, then you can create new pallet lines.
- Order number
- Displays the purchase order number with which you are working.
- Supplier
- Displays the supplier from the purchase order header.
Totals
In this section, line totals are displayed.
- Order line
- Displays the selected order line number.
- Item
- Displays the item on the order line.
- Description
- Displays the item description.
- Batch
- Displays the batch number.
- Ordered quantity
- Displays the ordered quantity (stock unit) on the purchase order line or the actual batch.
- Total rec quantity
- Displays the total received quantity.
- Total weight
- Displays the total gross weight of the ordered quantity.
- Total volume
- Displays the total gross volume of the ordered quantity.
- Message description
- If an order line is indicated to be in error (in the E column), then the description of the error is displayed here.
Details
In this section, different receiving data is displayed depending on the reception line type.
- Received quantity
- Displays the received quantity per pallet, if specified, and the applicable unit, but can be changed. This field is blank in Add pallet mode.
- Pallet type
- Enter the pallet type. The pallet line is updated per entry. If you enter a pallet type here and add the received quantity and then accept the initially received quantity, then those two values are summed (Received quantity first line on the main panel).
- Number of pallets
- Only shown in Add pallet mode. Displays the number (1 is defaulted) of new pallet lines that will be created, but can be changed.
