- Issue planned material for a manufacturing order
In this program you confirm, during the reporting of manufacturing order material issue, from which location the goods are picked. The material lines which are defined as direct purchase are only shown when the issue is made at planned issue.
Note: Components, for which the material line is defined as direct purchase and the Issue at pur receipt manufacturing order header field is YES, are not handled or displayed. Note: If the item is under serial number tracking, then the Serial number entry panel will prompt after confirmation. On that panel you enter the serial numbers you are removing from stock.
Function keys
| Change batch/location | Change the batch and location information for the item. |
| Full pick | If the Actual qty field is left blank, and you use this function key, then the quantity picked is the same as the suggested quantity. If, however, a quantity is entered, and you click Full pick, then that will be the quantity that is picked. |
| Refresh suggestion | Refresh the kitting list. The system will locate and suggest available locations and batches for all components in the kitting list. The search result may differ from earlier suggestions since batches that were previously not available might be suggested when you refresh the list. Note: New batches and locations will only be suggested for items for which no manual bookings have been made. If manual bookings have been made, only the booked batches will be suggested. |

- Item

- Reported qty
- The reception quantity reported for the manufacturing order in stock unit.
- Line
- Displays the kitting list line number for the component. Note: Batch controlled components are always removed from their ordinary line number and new lines are created according to confirmed batches.
- Component
- Displays the component code for the lines that are to be confirmed.
- Batch
- If the component is a batch controlled item, displays the suggested batch from which the item should be picked. To change the batch, click Change batch/location.
- Pallet
- Displays the pallet number and pallet type for the suggested pallet to be picked.
- P
- Displays an asterisk (*) if the suggested quantity should be picked from the suggested pallet even though it is not a full pallet.
- Sugg qty
- Displays the quantity suggested to pick. Note: No quantity is shown if there is nothing available in stock.
- Actual qty
- Enter the quantity picked. If you leave the field blank and click Full pick, then the picked quantity will be the same as the suggested quantity. Note: If confirmed quantity is greater than issued quantity or the component is batch controlled, then the suggested zone and location will be blank.
- Zn
- Displays the suggested zone from where to pick the item. To change the zone, click Change batch/location.
- Location
- Displays the suggested location from where to pick the item. To change the location, click Change batch/location.
- Unit
- Whs
- Displays the warehouse from which the component should be issued.
- +
- Mark this field to split a kitting list line into several different locations, batches or pallets.
- Sn
- Only used for serial number tracked items. Select a record to change the serial number entered.
